With incredibly low interest rates, our call volume is high, so hold and call-back times are longer than usual. Please be patient as we work to support all of our customers.
If you are an existing customer and are experiencing hardship as a result of COVID-19, we have options to help. To avoid long wait times, email questions/hardship requests to our Residential Loan Servicing Department at assistance@wintrustmortgage.com and include “Hardship Assistance” in the subject line. If you cannot send an email or wish to speak to a representative, please call 866-718-7899. Representatives are available 8 am-7 pm Central time, Monday through Friday. Please note that hold times may be longer than usual due to high call volume.
